Count designs and finished cards separately

Add up to nine source photos and set each design’s copy count in Photos. For example, three designs with ten copies each make thirty cards. Check the physical-sheet and PDF-page totals, especially when shared backs are enabled.

Personalise the shared message

Replace the sample back text with an original birthday wish or your event name. A shared back applies to all designs. Avoid including private contact details if cards may be exchanged beyond your group.

Proof one gift before the batch

Print the size test at 100%, check one double-sided pair, let it dry or cool as instructed and cut one card. Try it in the actual sleeve. Export with the desired quantities and select one printer copy to avoid multiplying the batch.
