Three checks before a full sheet
- Print at Actual size / 100%. Use the selected paper size and one PDF page per sheet. Turn off Fit to page and borderless enlargement.
- Measure both 50 mm rulers. Measure between the end ticks horizontally and vertically. Also check the card outline against your selected width and height. The on-screen illustration is not a physical ruler.
- Check front and back against a light. For double-sided printing, print the two-page alignment PDF on one sheet using the selected flip edge. Match the crosshairs before adjusting offsets in the studio.
If either ruler is off, correct the print settings and repeat. This checks size and alignment; screen brightness, ink and paper can still change printed colours.
