Note your browser and device, selected paper and card size, and the steps that caused the problem. For a size issue, check the separate calibration PDF at 100% first.
Use the Contact page for the current support details. If the operator has not provided a public email, that page will say so. Please do not send private photos or project backups.
Keep a copy of important work
Before leaving the workbench, save on this device or download a project backup from the Project menu. The site does not create a cloud backup of your photos or projects.
