The heic-to CSP distribution includes libheif 1.23.6 and libde265 1.0.16.
PhotocardLab's adapter chooses the primary image by changing only the
hidden-image bits of non-primary items in a temporary input copy. The
original photo, compressed pixels, item IDs and offsets remain unchanged;
the upstream software itself is unmodified.

Build instructions for the bundled CSP decoder are in the heic-to source
README and esbuild.mjs. The upstream recipe builds libheif with libde265
1.0.16, USE_WASM=0 and USE_UNSAFE_EVAL=0, then bundles the CSP worker.
PhotocardLab does not modify these libraries. Its adapter loads the library
as a separate module in a dedicated worker, retaining the upstream CSP
distribution's bundled blob worker without unsafe-eval. The source distributions above
allow inspection and rebuilding. Users may modify or replace the LGPL
library and reverse engineer the combined work to debug those changes,
as provided by the LGPL. No site terms limit those LGPL rights.
